Workshop with Pia Ma
Pia Ma guides a sitting/floor meditation focusing on energy/nervous/fields of intelligence systems supporting overall health realignment enhancing interconnectedness resilience. Ma will start the program priming the body utilising breath work, acupressure points to Consciously engage extra-ordinary energy centres/systems before we move into shavasana, laying on the floor ready for the guided sitting/floor meditation.
Pia Ma draws upon and demonstrates how to invoke, align, tap into innate intelligence energy systems. The richness of profound simplicity of fresh interconnection, a depth that gives space for innate intelligence natural realignment invigorating priming life force to be drawn upon and flow freely.
