Workshop with Pia Ma
Pia Ma guides a sitting/floor meditation focusing on energy/nervous systems/fields of intelligence supporting overall health realignment enhancing interconnectedness resilience. Ma will start the program priming the body utilising breath work, acupressure points to Consciously engage extra-ordinary energy centres/systems before we move into shavasana, laying on the floor ready for the guided floor meditation.
Pia Ma draws upon and demonstrates how to invoke, align, tap into innate intelligence energy systems. The richness of profound simplicity of fresh interconnection, a depth that gives space for innate intelligence natural realignment reorganising invigorating priming life force to be drawn upon and flow freely. There will be time to enjoy questions and answer time with Pia Ma. Ma invites us to share what we know, what we recognise, what has been unfolding as an opportunity for further fine tuning realigning, embodying and settling into fresh Being finery. A Sacred time together.
